Privacy Policy

Lemon Lane Club is a free community. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. If you have questions, email contact@lemonlaneclub.com.
What we collect
- Account info: email, name, profile photo, city, age, life-phase tags, hobbies, and bio you choose to share.
- Profile visibility: your name, photo, city, age, tags, hobbies, and bio are visible to other members inside the app — that's how women find each other. Your email is never shown to other members.
- Content you create: messages, feed posts, comments, reactions, challenge check-ins, and audio session enrollments.
- Connections: who you've connected with or messaged.
- Device + push: push notification tokens, browser/OS info, app version, timezone, and locale, so we can deliver notifications you've opted into.
- Usage: aggregated analytics on which features are used (via Mixpanel) and ad attribution (via the Meta Pixel on the public landing pages — not inside the member area).
We don't collect or store payment information. The community is free.
What we do with it
- Run the service: show you the directory, deliver your messages, send the notifications you've enabled.
- Improve the product: aggregate analytics on what's working and what isn't.
- Communicate: occasional emails about your account or important product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Match you into gangs and groups: if you signed up to a waitlist or filled in one of our forms, we may email you about an Inner Work Gang or group that fits what you told us. Every such email says where we got your details, and one message saying you'd like to be removed, removes you for good.
Our legal bases
- Running the service (your account, profile, messages): performance of our contract with you.
- Analytics and community invitations: our legitimate interest in improving the product and connecting members — you can object at any time.
- Push notifications and marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists and erased within 30 days of deletion. Waitlist and form signups are kept until you join, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete them. When you unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never contact you again by mistake.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate the service. We never sell your data.
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery.
- Netlify — application hosting.
- Mixpanel — product analytics (anonymised wherever possible).
- Meta — advertising attribution on our public marketing pages. You can opt out via your operating system's tracking controls.
- Google — sign-in with Google (only if you choose this option).
Your rights
- Download your data: email contact@lemonlaneclub.com and we'll send you a copy.
- Delete your account: in the app at
/profile, or email us. We'll erase your account and content within 30 days. - Stop notifications: in the app at
/profile/notifications, or via your device settings. - Correct your data: edit your profile in the app, or email us.
- Complain: if you think we've handled your data badly, tell us first so we can fix it — and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Children
Lemon Lane Club is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the account.
Where your data is stored
Our primary database is hosted by Supabase in the European Union. Some sub-processors (e.g. Meta, Mixpanel) may process data in the United States under standard contractual clauses.

We'll post any material changes on this page and notify members in-app. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
